Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period
We accept returns within 5 to 7 working days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Products not matching the description
- Quality issues or manufacturing defects
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products without original packaging and tags
- Free samples
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Share photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Wait for our team to approve your return request
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to our return address (provided after approval)
5. Return Shipping
For Defective/Damaged Products: We will arrange pickup or provide a prepaid return label. You will not be charged for return shipping.
For Other Returns: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- Inspection will be completed within 2-3 working days
- If approved, refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 working days
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be via bank transfer (provide bank details)
- You will receive an email confirmation once refund is processed
7. Refund Timeline
Total Refund Timeline: 5 to 7 working days
- Product inspection: 2-3 working days
- Refund processing: 5-7 working days from approval
- Bank processing time: 3-5 working days (varies by bank)
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery (not during shipping)
- Products returned after the return period
9. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
10. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Contact us immediately to cancel your order.
After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the product as per our return policy.
11. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Do not accept the delivery if packaging is visibly damaged
- If damage is discovered after opening, take photos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos and order details
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund
- No questions asked for genuine defects
